Yes, there is a $35 application fee for each applicant over the age of 18.

What are your leasing options?
Our leasing options are for 9 or 12 months.
What utilities am I responsible for?
Residents are responsible for paying their own power and gas bills, as well as TV and internet services.
Tenants are also responsible for Water & Sewer but that will be added as a separate charge monthly
Are there additional parking or storage options available?
Yes, we offer several optional add-ons (subject to availability): Detached garage: $100 per month; Additional covered parking stall: $25 per month.
Are washer and dryer units included?
Washer and dryer rentals are available for $75 per month (subject to availability).
Is there an on-site laundry facility?
Yes, an on-site laundry facility is available.
Are pets allowed at Oakhurst Apartments?
Yes, pets are welcome with some restrictions: Maximum of 2 pets per apartment; Pets must be under 45 lbs.; Cats are not allowed.

Yes, the following apply: $500 animal deposit ($200 is refundable); Monthly animal rent of $35 / month per animal.
Are optional amenities guaranteed to be available?
No, all optional items (garages, parking, washer/dryer rentals) are subject to availability.
