- $35 – application fee per person over 18 years old
- Power and Gas bills are the TENANTS responsibility as well as TV and Internet

- $50 – monthly Detached Garage Rental
- $50 – monthly Washer and Dryer rental
PETS
- $500 – Pet Deposit (Pets allowed under 35 lbs.) $200 refundable
- No cats allowed
- $200 – One time Pet fee
- $35 – monthly pet fee per pet (max. 2 pets per apartment)
